Lux Paw Return Policy
We want you and your furry friend to love every purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items and customized products are non-returnable.
2. Process:
• Contact our customer service team at erica@theluxpaw.com to initiate a return.
• Provide your order number and details about the item(s).
• You’ll receive a return shipping label if eligible.
3. Refunds:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or an error occurred.
4. Exchanges:
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Defective/Damaged Items:
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos.
